November 1, 2007 - Starting to Excavate, Foundation Footers for Main House and Detached Garage.

November 7, 2007 - The Concrete walls go up on the Main House (9ft. Basement) and the Detached Garage.

November 8, 2007 - Forms are off, Back Fill, and Plumbing begins.

November 15, 2007 - The Septic System / Drain Field - 5 Bedroom Capacity, 2 1500 Gal. Tanks and pump.

November 21, 2007 - The concrete work is complete (Basement walk-out, Basement floor, garage floors..

November 30, 2007 - The Framing begins on the main house...

December 1, 2007 - 11:30am and 39 degrees...more framing.

December 8, 2007 - 38 degrees and the snow is melting. The framing continues...

December 14, 2007 - 42 degrees. The second floor is almost complete...

December 15, 2007 - Detached garage framed up and ready for 2nd floor roof trusses.

December 19, 2007 - Framing continues and the roof trusses are going up...

December 24, 2007 - Framing continues...work on the 2nd floor on detached garage.

December 29, 2007 - Roofing and some final framing...

January 12, 2008 - Windows and Doors are in, and HVAC is installed.

January 19, 2008 - Brick is up, still needs to have the grout washed/brushed off.

Waiting on warmer weather to pour the concrete steps on front stoop.

February 9-10, 2008 - Siding and trim work continues...

March 2, 2008 - Drywall is complete... Tape, Float, and Paint next week...

March 25, 2008 - The Utilities are all in, Interior Trim and Doors, Outside Railings, Garage Doors and Openers are installed.

April 12, 2008 - The Tile is going in... All Bath Rooms, Laundry Room, Sun Room, and Marble in the Foyer.

April 16, 2008 - All the wood floors are installed, all the cabinets (Kitchen and Baths), 2 Story Stone Fire Place, and the A/C Units are installed...

October 29 - 31, 2008 - The Paving begins... (Note: It was one year ago that the digging began on the house)
